  • A 50% deposit towards your appointment cost is required at booking. Once a booking is made you will be emailed administration details for your appointment including health intake forms.

  • Cancellation fees of 50% of your appointment cost will apply within 48 hours of your appointment time.

  • If you pay by credit card any refunds will exclude the credit card administration fee of 2.5% of money paid.

  • Please do not hesitate to contact me directly for any questions or so that I can schedule the appointment for you if you do not comfortable with this online procedure.

  • Diagnostic testing is an important component in determining both your current health and comparing with past test results to determine what has been happening for you. Recommendations in consultation with you may be made to undertake integrative testing, read more here.

The Naturopathic consult establishes an important relationship between the practitioner and patient.

Please find below information with regards what to expect at a naturopathic consult. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have further queries as to how I could assist you on your healing path.


Your First Consult.  Time is taken in the consultation to document a thorough health history, including your presenting health concern. This assessment encompasses past and current lifestyle factors - stress, sleep, dietary and exercise habits.
At the completion of your consult more time is allocated to further investigate your case, identifying root causes & triggers implicated in the cause of your health complaints. You will be provided with a report of findings outlining a holistic treatment program for you. Further diagnostic testing may be recommended and is an important component in determining your current health status and establishing baselines for effective treatment plans. Functional pathology tests such as nutritional status or hormonal screening may be organised through Nourish and Breathe Clinic.

Follow-up Consult/Standard Health Consult.  A report of findings is presented with recommendations for a treatment program with expected outcomes. Evidence based herbal and nutritional medicines in combination with food and lifestyle guidelines are recommended to provide individualised health care.

Once you are a client of N&B and either on a program or revisiting N&B for a health issue, sufficient time is allowed to provide ongoing support for your individualised program or to address your presenting symptom.

Acute Consult.  We can all suffer from an attack of some nasty bug or cold at some time or other. Please don't forget that at N&B wonderful natural evidence-based healing treatments are available to help you on the road to recovery.
