Navigating the unique challenges and joys of midlife can sometimes feel overwhelming or disorienting. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

I’m Kylie Osborne, and as a Health Coach and I am here to support women in midlife who are ready to achieve calm, rediscover their purpose, manage family challenges, regain their health, and reclaim their sense of self.  I am a Graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Registered Nurse of over 20 years of nursing experience.

What Does a Health Coach Do?

‘Health Coaches emphasize health beyond the plate by focusing on nourishment through primary foods, one of IIN's core curriculum concepts that means there are areas of your life that impact your short-term and long-term health just as much as the food you eat, such as your relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and environment.’

The Self-Nurture Approach

 Self-Nurture Wellness Coaching is my dedicated approach to supporting women through the transition of midlife. As a woman, I understand how life’s demands can be overwhelming and relentless, often pushing our health to the bottom of the priority list.

 My approach is designed to help you manage your life respectfully, ensuring your health is cared for in all areas. Whether you’re transitioning to an empty nest, enjoying the addition of grandchildren, or balancing the care of aging parents, let’s embark on this path together.

I begin with a comprehensive, holistic assessment to understand your current situation and identify where I can help. We’ll explore where you are in life and set the goals you want to achieve.  This assessment informs the strategies and support I provide.

 Through one-on-one coaching, and a holistic lens, I will teach you strategies and skills to transform your life, helping you to thrive in midlife and beyond.

We start with a comprehensive, holistic assessment to understand your current situation. This helps us identify the areas where you need support and set clear, achievable goals for your midlife journey.

 

Personalized Strategies: Based on the assessment, I develop personalized strategies tailored to your unique needs. These strategies based on my Five Element approach encompass various aspects of wellness, including:

 

Air: Clarity and Breath

  • Meditation and Breath Work: Practicing mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance mental clarity and emotional balance, just as air brings clarity and calm.

Fire: Passion and Transformation

  • Mindset Work: Developing a positive and resilient mindset to navigate life’s challenges with grace and embrace the season you are in, igniting your inner fire for transformation.

Water: Flow and Nourishment

  • Intuitive Eating: Learning to listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues and making food choices that honour your health and taste preferences, ensuring you are nourished and in flow.

  • Nature Connection: Spending time in nature to reduce stress and improve overall well-being, allowing the natural flow of water to bring peace and rejuvenation.

Earth: Stability and Grounding

  • Body Movement: Bringing in physical activities that you enjoy keeping your body strong and flexible, grounding you in stability and strength.

Spirit: Connection and Purpose

  • Ancestral Healing: Exploring and healing past family patterns that may be affecting your present life, connecting you to your deeper purpose and spirit.

One-on-One Coaching: I offer personalized coaching sessions where we dive deep into these strategies. I’ll teach you practical skills and techniques that you can integrate into your daily life to achieve lasting transformation.
